Dear Sisters
As Women of Courage we all know the about the hardships we sometimes face; but I want to remind you of your value, strength, wisdom & beauty
Just incase you've forgotten!

I aim is to support you through life's challenges by using the word of God from the Holy Bible.
To access His Promises that he has for you.
To help bring restoration, peace & love to your life.

My relationship with God underpins the foundations of my practice.
The second greatest commandment after loving God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind is to love your neighbour as you love yourself ;
This is the principle which this practice stands on.

I have over fifteen years experience in therapeutically supporting both adults and young people through counselling and psychotherapy my training incorporated both biblical principals and counselling practice.

So sisters let us...
Uplift one another Encourage & Empower each other with the love of God.

Caring Supportive Service
We believe that building caring relationships as well as a unique approach for each person facilitates a smoother pathway to wellbeing.
Taking Down Barriers
Taking that first step to having therapy can be daunting, and it may feel overwhelming, but you have already done the hard part.
Our aim is to make sure you feel comfortable our approach is caring, relational and respectful.
There is no judgment, and all thoughts and questions are welcome.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
Having a therapist that understands your cultural perspective is important, as your identity informs how you see the world and how others perceive you. We hope that working with a culturally aware therapist will make this experience more comfortable as you explore life's challenges.
Supporting Women of Colour
Being a woman of colour in this day and age can sometimes be challenging because of social and economic marginalisation; health and colourism issues. We provide a space where cultural identity can be explored.
Women are often looked upon as the pillars of the family, and often take on family burdens which are not spoken about with outsiders.
This can sometimes cause an overload of stress which can results in mental and physical illnesses.
Our aim is to create a space where you can experience peace of mind.
Encourage Young Girls
Life as a young person in this day and age can be very challenging; from the demands of school, family issues peer pressure and mental health.
We have experience in working with young people who have presented with a wide range of issues from low-self-esteem, bereavement, anxiety, to self-harm, educational setbacks, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and those who have witnessed domestic violence.
We provide a safe space to work through these challenges together in a creative and nurturing way to get the best outcome.
